You could call after midnight to talk with someone. And even a few years ago, their hours were longer. NOT ANYMORE! On the west coast, they open at 7am and close at 6pm. Their CHAT is always busy, and essentially not available.
Imagine, they close at 6pm. I am trying to make a payment, and have no luck with the past 2 payments, either on the phone, by chat (not available), over the internet (yes their website refused my credit card), or using their automated payment system, no luck in giving them their money...

Well, they never sent me the letter as promised, nor did they pay my driver's license reinstatement fee, of write the letter to the dmv, they blame me and they are unsympathetic on the phone that they directly blame me. This is corporate office ** and the other women, can't think of her name right now. But I have spend over 40 hours on the phone trying to fix it. and had to take a day off of work and go to the dmv to pay the fees. The dmv felt badly and said they would remove it off my permanent record and give back my money if they wrote a simple letter just saying there was no lapse in coverage. Refused to do it, saying there was no sr 22 filed.
